Jennifer L. Bralley Accounting Services Coordinator Jennifer L. Bralley has been employed with Albano & Associates for the past 10 years.   Her experience is concentrated in bookkeeping, payroll and  payroll taxes. She devotes much of her spare time to serving as Treasurer of the Smyth County Humane Society promoting animal welfare.

Patricia S. Albano Firm Administrator Education: Associates of Accounting Degree from New River Community College Additional computer program courses Experience: Previously employed as the supervisor in charge of billing, payables and payroll in an insurance agency. Worked part-time for Albano & Associates during payroll and individual tax season. Employed full-time with Albano & Associates for the last 15 years. Concentrating on bookkeeping, payroll, and payroll taxes.

Brandy L. Gillilan Brandy has been employed with Albano & Associates since January of 2009. Her main duties are answering the phones, greeting clients and running the front of the office. In her year employed at Albano & Associates her experience has been in processing tax returns, formatting estate inventories and financial statements and basic clerical duties.        Experience: Worked at a Daycare in Vermont for a year and a half before coming to work at Albano & Associates. Worked as a Customer Service Representative at Brooks Pharmacy for over 4 years. Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting- East Tennessee State University- May 2007
